OSASCOMP revisited

Today, 11 September 2014, I used OSASCOMP to help me decide between
French new-generation heavy frigate 
and
new-generation heavy French frigate.

I chose the latter and now think it sounds better.
Conclusion: While sometimes difficult to apply, there are times when the OSASCOMPN rule really does help.
